JOB OPPORTUNITY: Programme & Administrative Support Officer
Position Summary
The role provides comprehensive administrative, coordination and operational support to the Hub Manager and Programme Manager. The incumbent manages diaries, supports the tracking of programme timelines, collects and compiles data and documentation required by stakeholders and will assist with logistical arrangements for the said programme/s. The role may also support additional programme, reporting and operational activities, and perform any other duties as assigned to ensure effective implementation and smooth day-to-day operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, coordination or programme support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working on donor-funded or development programmes, preferably World Bank-funded
- Familiarity with programme documentation, compliance requirements and audit-ready record keeping
- Experience supporting incubation hubs, enterprise development programmes or innovation initiatives
