  • Programme Support Contract

    JOB OPPORTUNITY: Programme & Administrative Support Officer

    Position Summary

    The role provides comprehensive administrative, coordination and operational support to the Hub Manager and Programme Manager. The incumbent manages diaries, supports the tracking of programme timelines, collects and compiles data and documentation required by stakeholders and will assist with logistical arrangements for the said programme/s. The role may also support additional programme, reporting and operational activities, and perform any other duties as assigned to ensure effective implementation and smooth day-to-day operations.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies or a related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in administrative, coordination or programme support roles
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • Experience working on donor-funded or development programmes, preferably World Bank-funded
    • Familiarity with programme documentation, compliance requirements and audit-ready record keeping
    • Experience supporting incubation hubs, enterprise development programmes or innovation initiatives

  • Finance Contract

    JOB OPPORTUNITY: Accountant

    Position Summary

    The role provides financial and administrative support to the Hub and supported enterprises. The incumbent assists with the preparation of grant budgets, manages procurement processes, processes payments and enterprise transfers and maintains accurate financial records. The role is responsible for preparing monthly financial reports using approved templates and supporting enterprises with accounting software, management accounts and grant reporting to ensure full accountability. The position may also support additional financial, reporting and operational duties as required.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field
    • At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
    • Basic knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and internal control systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Progress toward a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent)
    • Experience working with World Bank-funded or other donor-funded projects
    • Familiarity with grant management, procurement procedures and financial compliance requirements
    • Experience supporting startups, SMEs or incubation and enterprise support programmes

  • Impact & Learning Contract

    JOB OPPORTUNITY: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

    Position Summary

    The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer supports the design, implementation and management of monitoring, evaluation and learning activities for the Hub and supported enterprises. The incumbent collects, verifies, analyses and reports programme data; tracks performance against targets and timelines; and supports compliance with donor and stakeholder reporting requirements. The role also provides technical support to enterprises on data collection and reporting tools, contributes to learning and improvement processes, and performs additional M&E, reporting and operational duties as required to ensure effective programme implementation and accountability.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
    • At least 4 years of experience in data collection, reporting, or programme support
    • Basic understanding of Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBM) frameworks
    • Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Formal training or certification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Results-Based Management, or Impact Evaluation
    • Experience supporting World Bank–funded programmes or projects using World Bank M&E frameworks
    • Familiarity with World Bank reporting requirements, including indicators, results frameworks, and performance tracking
    • Experience tracking enterprise- and startup-level indicators (e.g. revenue growth, job creation, business survival)

    Remuneration
